Hongkong Steamed Fish

Bahan :

  1. 1 ekor bandeng presto
  2. 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
  3. 1 ruas jahe, iris tipis
  4. 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
  5. ½ buah wortel, potong korek api
  6. 1 lenjer daun bawang, potong korek api

Saus :

  1. Kecap ikan 1 sdt
  2. Saus tiram 1 sdt
  3. Merica ½ sdt
  4. Air 50 ml
  5. Kecap manis 1 sdm
  6. Secubit kecil gula pasir

Cara membuat :

  1. Taruh bandeng di pinggan tahan panas.taburkan wortel, daun bawang, jahe, bwang putih diatas bandeng.
  2. semua bahan saus campur jadi 1 dan diaduk
  3. siramkan saus ke bandeng.
  4. Kukus selama 10 menit.
  5. Angkat dan sajikan.
